Big Game Hunter's Delivery ServiceBig Game Hunters offer an organised, reliable delivery service that is designed to make things easier for our customers. If you have any questions concerning a particular delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
UK Deliveries
If your item is in stock, Big Game Hunters dispatch all orders the same day if your order is placed before 12pm.
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be notified by email, using the email address you provided when placing your order.
We will choose the courier service we consider to be the most suitable depending on the size and weight of your order.
What if I am out when it is delivered?
If there is an occasion where they attempt to deliver your order and you are out, usually they will leave a card to notify you that they have attempted delivery.
That card will have instructions about how to arrange for redeliver or in some cases, if you can collect the order from the sorting office for example.
Delivery Times
We offer two delivery options, these are:
- Standard delivery
- Next day delivery*
If you choose standard delivery you can expect your order within 2-3 working days unless you are told otherwise. On many occasiona these can arrive the next day.
Please talk to one of our customer servcie advisors if you would like to delay a delivery, or have a date you would like the order to arrive. We cannot guarantee exact day, but can delay the order for one week for example if you are going to be away.
*Please Note: Next Day delivery is only available on working days and is not available for Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Southern Ireland and the Scilly Isles. Nortrhern Scotland and the Channel Islands may have restrictions on orders which can be deliverred next day.
Out of Stock Items
If for any reason your item is out of stock, you will be notified immediately and given an estimated date for when the item will be available. At this point you can choose to cancel the order, and will be given alternatives to the product you have chosen. If a suitable substitute is not found, then you can cancel the order and receive a full refund.

£4.95 delivery on all orders under £150 (within mainland England and Wales)
£7.50 Next Day delivery on orders over £150 (within mainland England and Wales)

Please be aware that when items are faulty we usually require phtographic evidence so we can arrange the appropriate course of action. To help speed up the process fo dealing with any enquiry of this nature, please send the phtographs across with your email, or prior to your phone call with details of your order reference, name and address.
RefundsAll refunds will be processed as quickly as possible once the goods are received back to us and always within 30 days of receipt of return or agreement.
