PaymentWe operate a system where we take payment once the order has been downloaded on to our system, and we manually check your order to ensure we have all the information. This system ensures both the company and you the customer are protected from card fraud. We can also accept orders where you can fax or phone through the card details later. cheque orders can be printed from the site and sent with the cheque. AvailabilityAll Products depicted on this website (as may be varied from time to time) are available almost everywhere in mainland UK, and by special arrangement to the Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland, Isle of white, Isle of Man and the Scottish Islands. All Products are subject to availability. If the Product you Order is unavailable, we may provide to you a substitute of an equivalent quality and price without notice ("Substitute Product"). In the event that we are unable to supply the Product or any substitute Product to you at all, we shall notify you as soon as possible and shall reimburse your payment in full .Occasionally manufacturers will update their products, and we reserve the right to supply these even if pictures and descriptions may vary from the listing shown. Delivery costs:
Please note we are currently unable to ship worldwide. Extra Delivery charges to remote or outlying areas within the UK mainland may arise, in which case we will agree the charges with you as soon as possible, where applicable. Any times or dates stated on our website or confirmation emails regarding Delivery are estimates only. Big Game Hunters will make all reasonable effort to deliver Products within the time specified, but does not accept liability for any failure to deliver within that time. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays and Orders received after 12 noon on weekdays, will be processed the next working day. We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. Delivery will be deemed as successfully made or attempted once the Product has arrived at the address specified or delivery has been attempted and the courier can verify this. A signature is required for proof of Delivery unless we have your express permission to leave the goods in a safe location. Products will be deemed your responsibility once they have been received by you, your agent or the intended Recipient. Any loss or damage to the Products shall then be at your own risk. In case of Delivery to certain locations such as hospitals, airports, hotels, and other business premises, the signature of any person authorized to accept Delivery on behalf of the organization shall be accepted as proof of Delivery. Should Delivery be refused at the Delivery address, and re-requested for another date, we may charge for the second Delivery, since we met our Delivery obligations with the initial Delivery attempt. It is the Recipients responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's Delivery consignment note. Shortages must be noted on the consignment note. You should notify us of the shortages within 48 hours. Please ensure you inspect the goods on arrival and note any damages on the drivers check sheet, and then contact us to report it. Cancellations:You may cancel your order prior to despatch, but since we offer a fast delivery service, goods are often dispatched within hours of the order being placed. Orders cancelled after despatch, even if not yet delivered will be treated as returns, and charges may apply. Any charges will be communicated. Typically charges are Original P&P, plus returns charges back to us. This return charge varies by item/weight and which courier service is used. Returns:We want you to be utterly delighted with your purchase however if you need to return your goods or cancel your order please read our returns policy as stated below: If products were delivered flat packed they must be returned in the same way _______ within 7 days, unless faulty (Please read flat pack self assembly below). Care must be taken to ensure the Returned Products are packed well to avoid damage or loss of parts in transit. We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage in transit, therefore suggest that you request a proof of postage. For all returns except where the product is faulty you will be required to pay for and arrange for the goods to be returned to us. If you prefer we can arrange for the goods to be collected from you but the cost if this will be charged to you or deducted from your refund. We will only refund the cost of original postage where the item(s) is faulty and where goods are returned within 7 days, known as the consumer “cooling off” period. Where the items have come from a third party, it must be first verified that the supplier will accept the return and make arrangements for the goods to be collected, before any agreements are made with you, the customer. Any costs associated with this are beyond our control and we must charge these costs back to you, the customer. We will communicate all additional charges to you prior to arrangements being made if they are applicable Please pack the items back in the parcel with a note stating your reasons for return. To return any products to us the address is: Big Game Hunters All refunds will be processed as quickly as possible once the goods are received back to us and always within 30 days of receipt of return or agreement. Charges for collections are: • £13.50 per parcel under 30kg for UK Mainland and Industrial Scotland • £23.50 per parcel under 30kg for Highlands • £27.50 per parcel under 30kg for IOM, Scilly Isles, Channel Isles, N Ireland incl ROI • £45 per parcel over 30kg for UK and Industrial Scotland • £85 per consignment over 30kg for Highlands & IOM, Scilly Isles, Channel Isles, N Ireland incl ROI D2H collections for Climbing Frames are charged by weight of the goods and will need to be worked out on a case by case basis. Flat Pack Self assembly items including Climbing Frames : Should there be an issue with your self assembling Item/Climbing Frame, any issues are assessed on a case by case basis. Once they are part or fully assembled they cannot be returned to us (outside the 7 days ), unless faulty If the goods are deemed faulty once part assembly has taken place, and disassembly is not possible because of doing so will damage the item further then it can be returned or collected as it is (within reason). Clearly, due to the size and nature of these products, this is product dependent and all cases will be discussed in order to resolve any issues. As a consumer you have a Duty to take reasonable care of the items whilst in your possession Photographic Evidence will be required of all issues where returns are being requested.
Faulty Items:If the product arrives damaged or faulty we can replace the item or affected parts or they may cancel the order and receive a refund only if this is within 7 days. If the product becomes defective soon after 7 working days of delivery Big Game Hunters will replace or repair the product, unless the product has a manufacturing fault. With all returns, evidence of either the satisfactory condition or faults and/or damage may be requested via photographic evidence. All electronic files should be sent to us at sales@gardengames.co.uk . We will accept printed media also. All advertised sizes and measurements are an approximation but Big Game Hunters endeavour to make sure that all are as accurate as possible. Products Returned which cannot be re-sold as new due to damage or wear and tear may be subject to a reduction in the Refund given. Refunds:Refunds will be processed within 30 days. Where exchange rates of currency are involved, the Refund will be made in £GBP at the current exchange rate. We do not accept responsibility for any loss or gain caused by changes in the exchange rate between the time of Ordering and the time of issuing the Refund.
